More Porsche Wheels
While I loved the 928 hand-polished wheels, they had taken a bashing over the few years they had been on the car. The rears were the worst, and they also had Dunlop 195/40r16 stretched over the 8-inch wheels, which complained when pushed hard around the corners.
I soured some recently refurbished Design 90s to use on the car while I got the 928 wheels refurbished and put some new tires on with less of a stretch at the back.
On the tin top, I had run 205/40 on 8-inch wheels on the back, which were a perfect fit, so the plan was to fit that size again.
