Base Car

Bought the base car with 80K on the clock. The roof was in good condition and electric 😄

The Interior was badly water-stained from being caught in the rain. 

Both rear arches had been scrapped.

The car was straight, with no signs of rust.

The engine was good but displayed the usual VW Golf Mk1 fueling problems: insufficient fuel pressure, blocked injectors, bad fuel pump relay, etc. 

The fuse box was corroded. again from water getting into the cabin from being caught in the rain
